Available as a one-day course or 2-day intensive course
As a riding instructor for seat training from the Sibylle Wiemer Academy, I want to support you in developing a better body and movement awareness.
Only with a balanced seat and good body awareness will you not interfere with your horse's movement.
That is what I understand as good riding. There are so many ways to expand body awareness.
For this we use materials that have proven themselves in the Franklin Method, on the ground and on the horse.
Course Contents:
- Getting to know the materials (Franklin Method)
- Trying out the materials on the exercise mat and in the saddle
- Seat analysis
- Special exercises for rider and horse
- Body journey
You can participate with your own horse or a lesson horse.
A truly exciting course with many aha moments!
I look forward to seeing you.

Side by Side – Horsemanship meets Equine-Assisted Coaching

Good riding starts in the mind, they say…..
Horsemanship and accompanying coaching offers us the opportunity to reflect on, shape and refine the relationship between human and animal. We support you in feeling, seeing, empathizing with the animals and being courageous about new things when interacting with your horses. We want to teach you horsemanship practices and create a harmonious coexistence through the possibility of equine-assisted coaching. Working with horses in this way not only has a positive effect on the relationship between human and horse, but also has positive effects on everyday interpersonal relationships.
"Horsemanship primarily means togetherness. "You can trust me, I am at your side and I am looking after you." Participants learn to empathize with the horses, to speak their language and above all to understand them. Our goal is to build a positive relationship with the horses, characterized by mutual respect, trust and harmony.
The coaching part enables reflection on personal human-horse relationships. In a protected and trusting setting, we give our participants the opportunity to be mindfully present in the current moment to create a harmonious connection between human and horse. Through relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, fine communication and empathetic togetherness, we strengthen a trusting foundation for a successful partnership between human and horse.
Through the combination of horsemanship and equine-assisted coaching, people can develop a deeper connection to their horse, to themselves, and promote their personal development.
Courage is a key to success. Let us be courageous together and grow beyond our limits.
Coaching Part Contents:
- Mindfulness – the key to empathetic togetherness.
- Creating a relaxed atmosphere through relaxation exercises and breathing techniques.
- The actual influence of thoughts, images and emotions on the human-horse relationship
- How does changing my disruptive thought patterns through targeted training work?
Do you want to overcome fears, blockages, prejudices, self-doubt or entrenched behavioral patterns? Then you are in exactly the right place!
Practical Training Part with the Horse:
We help you to…
- Sensitize yourself in your perceptive abilities
- Learn how proper focusing works when interacting with the horse
- Establish a better level of understanding between you and your horse
- Reach trust through movement
- Be mindful with ourselves
We work progressively, positively and empathetically with HUMAN and HORSE
We look forward to seeing you and your horse personalities. Best regards, Claudia and Anke
